Confidentiality and Privacy

Blue Feather Therapy ensures confidentiality is kept at all times. No information is shared or provided to external parties unless a formal request has been issued by the courts. 
Any clinical information gathered during the time your child is in therapy will be used for monitoring and reviewing purposes only and part of the therapists supervision. All clinical information is kept confidential. 

There are times where personal information may be shared with external agencies :

You or your child is at risk of serious harm and a formal request has been made by agencies to keep your child safe. This is also applies if your child discloses that they or another child/person may be at risk of significant harm. 

Should illegal activities be taking place or acts of terrorism were suspected. Such information would be shared with the police immediately.
